Peacemakers is a registered charity operating in the Province of Nova Scotia, Canada. Our charitable registration # is 891064149RR0001. At present, the Society is a single organization with no sub-organizations. It has the usual organization of a Board of Directors and members.

Membership

If you live in the Annapolis Valley area of Nova Scotia, support the aims of the organization, and pay the annual dues (currently $15), you're in! The members are volunteers interested in supporting and promoting the use of ADR. Most are trained in ADR, some are not. The amount of training you want to take and the amount of work you want to do for the Society is entirely up to you. A significant number attend  monthly team work sessions to keep their ADR skills fresh.  If you are in the area, you're welcome to come to the meetings to see if you would be interested in joining!

General Meetings

Peacemakers general meetings are three times a year at the Wolfville Public Library. The executive  meets  as needed. Committees meet as needed.

Finances

The Society is supported primarily from the charges/or its services. Donations are welcomed.
